Subjects covered include: spectroscopy and molecular structure, interacting systems, relaxation phenomena, biological systems, materials, fundamental problems in molecular reactivity, molecular quantum theory and statistical mechanics. Computational chemistry studies of routine character are not appropriate for this journal.
